Phase 1: ANALYSIS OF CURRENT WORK PROCESS

In this phase, we analyzed key steps, tasks, and activities currently being performed, as well as the resources and tools used. We identified bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recognized areas where improvements could be made.

Phase 2: DESIGN NEW WORK PROCESS

We reviewed existing best practices and benchmarked them against pre-defined criteria to design a new project framework that addressed the identified issues and inefficiencies. We integrated the best practices to create the best fitting solution for our client.

Phase 3: REVIEW AND ROLLOUT NEW WORKPROCESS

The new process was tested, refined, and adjusted before implementation. Internal procedures were also synchronized, and training and support materials were prepared to ensure effective use.

Results

The new project management process developed created a consistent structure for managing and executing projects. It helped the client to ensure that all team members were working towards the same goals and using the same processes and tools within their project work.
